Following that theme, we are proud to announce our agreement with Erado Message Control Solutions, the leading SaaS based archiving, compliance, security, and encryption service provider in North America.
Our relationship with Erado allows Summit registered representatives the ability to use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and blogs to communicate with clients and the general public. Erado works directly with your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and blog accounts to capture and track all content and provide a record for Home Office compliance review. Therefore, you are able to post status updates, and other interactive content immediately without the requirement for pre-approval by Home Office compliance personnel.
Please keep in mind, there are procedures that must be adhered to in order to remain in compliance with industry guidelines. Each representative MUST complete an online training module and get compliance approval prior to use of any of the social media networking sites.
The fee for Erado is $72 annually per social media networking site that you intend to use. Therefore, if you utilize Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and a blog you will be charged $288 annually. These fees are automatically billed to your credit card directly by Erado and refunds are unavailable for accounts with early terminations.
There is a three-step registration process that starts with your subscription to Erado, and concludes with your installation of the Summit Archive application for each site. As a reminder, it is imperative that you obtain compliance approval for applicable Personal Profile Pages prior to posting content to any of your social media networking sites AND complete the online training module.
